The town of Denia is located in the Spanish region of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. A Moorish castle presides over a town steeped with cultural history. The only thing being steeper is the Montgo Mountain that is home to a natural park.
The harbour is home not only to a rich history of fishing in the area but also has a marina, which berths boats and organises water sports such as sailing, diving, canoeing and rowing.
Denia has a phenomenal amount of restaurants available and being a cosmopolitan town that embraces its visitors requirements as much as its locals, the cuisine if offers has much the same feel: restaurants such as British, Chinese, German, Italian, as well as Mediterranean and Spanish lure the diner.
